To use Matcha & Mocha, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. By accessing or registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information and to keep your login credentials secure. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes that arise will be resolved in the courts or through arbitration in Illinois. We may update these Terms periodically, and when we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the app.

Your safety is our priority, but ultimately your responsibility. Always use caution when interacting with people you meet through Matcha & Mocha. Do not share sensitive financial information, passwords, or other personal details with others. Arrange to meet in public places for in-person meetings, let a trusted friend know your plans, and trust your instincts—if something feels off, it probably is. We are not responsible for the behavior of users, but we encourage you to report any suspicious or inappropriate activity so we can take appropriate action.

Merchandise Purchases

In addition to using our app and services, you may choose to purchase merchandise offered through Matcha & Mocha. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

Purchases & Payments
All purchases must be paid in full at the time of order. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers, and by submitting your payment information you authorize us (and/or our payment partners) to charge your account for the total purchase amount. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment details.

Shipping & Delivery
We will ship merchandise to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds
Our goal is that you love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items (such as limited-edition products or final sale items) may not be eligible for return; this will be clearly noted on the product page. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and process the returned item.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that your device’s display of colors or sizes will perfectly match the actual item. Minor variations may occur.
